I recently got a stencil for a Parcheesi board and I could not wait to try it out. I painted a Parcheesi board today on a table round. I used a thinner poster paint and painted the board on the unfinished wood. Then I stained over the paint. It gave an aged look to the paint. I like it personally. I also painted a Backgammon board on the other side of the table round. So this table I am making is one of the taller, thinner barrels. The bands are painted black and it will have a reversible top with Backgammon on one side and Parcheesi on the other. I will get a picture on line as soon as I finish it. This table will be selling for $400.

Tomorrow's project will be finishing up this table and then I will start working on the new idea. I will be making a dog house for Molly out of a wine barrel. Hope she likes it. Pictures to come.
